Probably it doesn't work due to new Android 4.2 security feature that requires each connecting computer to be authorized in the phone.
Actually fixing this should be very simple - ADB should be updated.
User of this app should run latest version of ADB before running TotalAndDroid session for the first time. E.g. reboot computer, run adb shell, close the shell and then use TotalAndDroid.
